The Big Holdup

The front suspension was modified for strength and to accept Chevrolet mid-size upper and lower ball joints. 1967 Chevelle spindles with 9.5" drum brakes were bolted on and the steering arms modified to match up with the Spitfire rack and pinion steering. The front Koni shocks were modified by True Choice / Koni, Hilliard, Ohio,by providing a threaded sleeve and an adjustable spring seat to dial in the correct ride height.
